Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During this time, we verify the order details, quality check your device, and prepare it for dispatch from our fulfillment centers.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to update as your package makes its way through the initial logistics center.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees (Crucial for Global Sourcing)
We cover all customs fees, duties, and import taxes for our customers. The price you pay at checkout is the final price—there will be no hidden fees upon delivery.
Shipping Changes and Lost Packages
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at Support@presspausewellness.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order enters the processing phase, we cannot guarantee changes.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it (a "porch pirate" scenario), we recommend filing a claim with the courier first. If you continue to have issues, contact us, and we will work diligently to find a solution.
